Tomaso Buzzi & his ideal city

From 1958 to 1978, the architect Tomaso Buzzi designed and built, in a small valley behind a Franciscan convent “where in 1218 Saint Francis of Assisi built a shed” a large theatrical scenography that he defined as “an anthology in stone”, the work was voluntarily left unfinished. The idea is to allowed the recovery visual experiences of the past, in harmony with the ideal proportions.
